How to shop in the U.S. and other major cities is getting more expensive, according to the latest data from the National Association of Realtors.
The average price of a one-bedroom apartment rose 6.7 percent last year, while two-bedroom apartments rose 5.7 and three-bedroom rose 4.7.
The median rent for one- and two-bedrooms in the five largest U.K. cities rose 8.7%, while the median rent in Los Angeles rose 5%.
The data comes from the Realtor.com, which tracks rent and car insurance rates across the U, as well as home equity lines of credit.
The median house price in the largest U, Canada, and Australia cities rose 4 percent last month, according a report from the Mortgage Bankers Association, while the average price for one bedroom apartments rose 8 percent.
In the U’s most expensive cities, including New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Boston, the median house prices rose 9.7% and 5.6%, respectively.
